It would help to know which model number TV, Soundbar and Wireless Rear Surround Speakers you currently have for you second floor so we can determine which remote controls they have and if the remotes will cause any interference issues with any new similar 2019 equipment you get. It probably will not be an issue if the setups are located on different floors since your floors will probably act a s shield.
