“Do other LG models have Extendavent feature and does that feature require venting to the outside?”

• Hi there. Please know that for the ExtendaVent to function properly, the over-the-range microwave must be vented to the outside through ductwork. The ExtendaVent cannot operate as a ductless or recirculating vent. Aside from MVEL2137F, models MHEC1737D, MVEF1337F, and MVEL2033D also have the ExtendaVent feature. -Charles
