“I have the GE Profile 2.2 over the range microwave, now malfunctioning. Thinking of buying this to replace it. Can it fit without major adjustment. Thanks.”

I was told from Geek Squad this one fits in any microwave area as they pretty much have universal size. Only the holes might have to be drilled new in the wall or cubboards

Should fit a regular opening. We just had our house built and this fit our default opening without further modification. It has two venting options, one out the back and the other straight up. We have the LG LUTD4919SN range and after sliding it in place, we have about 15” of clearance from top of cooking surface to bottom of microwave.
