I had the same problem with this particular model. When I would close the refrigerator or freezer door, the other door would immediately fly open. I called Best Buy to ask about fixing the problem (I had only had the refrigerator for several weeks), but instead of giving me an answer, the brought me out a new refrigerator! I don’t know if they did this because I’m an elite plus customer or because they realized there are issues with this particular model, but that was their solution to the problem. While the new refrigerator is better, I still keep an eye on the doors when I close them, and I try not to put many objects in the bins that are attached to the doors.
