Nope, no filter. I'm plumbing mine from my under counter filter across the kitchen. FYI... the newer plastic piping with push-on connectors is more durable and reliable for this purpose. Don't let a plumber talk you into bendable copper tubing which costs more and is more susceptible to leakage, especially if you ever have to move your fridge for any reason.
