“Freezer door continues to pop open when closing refrigerator. LG - 23.8 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator - Stainless-Steel I have owned this refrigerator for 1 year, I have "tilted" it toward the back as instructed by customer service. Still pops open. I have a small post it note on the freezer telling people to make sure the door is closed! This is very annoying.”

• Try adjusting screw at bottom hinge.

• My freezer door pops open when the frig door is closed, as though the pressure from frig door closing works against the magnetic seal. We now close frig gently & it hasn't happened again.

• we had the same trouble with our old fridge. I was told that it is because the door is so heavy , It got to the point ( after the door opening and thawing everything in the freezer few times ) that i went and got a child latch that sticks to the side and the front LOL it works .
