“How far will the drawers open if the door only opens 90 degrees? Will I be able to use the drawers if my door opens up to go against a wall?”

There are two bottom drawers. One will open fully. The other (on the hinge side) will open about 2/3 of the way before hitting the seal on the door.

Top Freezer Refrigerator, Model # LTCS24223S: Installation Clearance: Sides 1/8", Top 1", Back 2". When the appropriate clearance is provided, the door and drawers should not have an issue opening fully.
