• A:Answer There are four wheels on the unit. The two in the back can move from front to back, while the two in the front can move and turn to the sides. There are only two leveling feet, and they are positioned in the front of the two front wheels. ^Daphane

Q: QuestionEven at the official 33 3/8" depth, this is going to cramp my passage a bit. Someone said the ice maker plumbing takes up an additional 1" in back. Is there someone who has this installed, tight against the wall, who can tell me the actual min. depth?

• A:Answer This is only a partial answer. I don't use the ice-maker. So it's not connected behind the refrigerator. But the back of the refrigerator still hits the capped water pipe stud in the wall. That stud only sticks out about 1.5". But that's enough that this refrigerator sticks out further than the same sized Maytag it replaced. And my guess is that if I put the proper connectors and valves on that water pipe, the refrigerator would stick out even more. Another tip. The guys who brought the new refrigerator had to knock the pins out of the front door's hinges and remove the door to get the new unit through the front door. The old 24 cu. ft. Maytag easily fit without having to do that. All that said, this LG is really nice.

• A:Answer The refrigerator temperature can be set from cold to coldest. Unfortunately, there is not the Fahrenheit scale of temperature. Initially set the refrigerator control on the middle setting (number 3). To do so, press the temperature adjust button until it reaches the middle position (the third led turns on). Leave the refrigerator on this setting for 24 hours to reach the correct temperature. After 24 hours, adjust the compartment temperature as you desire. Always wait 24 hours before you adjust the temperature. If you want to set the refrigerator compartment temperature to a warmer temperature than the current, continue pressing the temperature adjust button until it reaches the desired temperature. ^Daphane

Q: QuestionOur ice maker stopped working and seemed to freeze up, we turned it off the whole thing and defrosted it to see if that helps but it seems to freeze right where the water line connects to the ice maker in the freezer. Temp is set at recommended number.

Q: QuestionWould like manufacturer response to this question: I have a 36 inch wide space. Have read 2” clearance on either side is recommended for this fridge. Can I 'fudge' on that recommended clearance?

• A:Answer Insufficient spacing can reduce the refrigerator’s freezing efficiency and increase electricity consumption; therefore I cannot advised any differently that what is stated in the Owner's Manual. For proper ventilation, please allow 2" at the back and sides of the refrigerator. ^Daphane
