Thank you for reaching us regarding LG Monitor. The LG 24MR400-B monitor has an HDMI 2.0 port. HDMI 2.0 supports a maximum refresh rate of 60Hz at 4K resolution. Therefore, you would not be able to achieve a refresh rate of 100Hz on the PS5 with this monitor.
