The stand is fixed, and the bottom of the screen is about 4.5 inches above the surface it's placed on.

This monitor stand comes with a tilt function, letting you easily adjust the viewing angle up and down. Just keep in mind that it doesn’t have a height-adjustable stand, so you can’t physically raise or lower the monitor. A good tip for finding that perfect viewing height is to use a monitor riser or a VESA-compatible stand (sold separately) to lift the screen to where you want it, since this model does support VESA mounting.
