No. It is not a TV. It is a Computer Monitor. The computer you have attached to it can run NetFlix, Disney, etc. Playing Disney through your computer would allow you to stream your favorite shows. Likewise if you add a Roku and Amazon Stick to the HMDI port, you could convert it to a Smart TV because of the Stick and not need a computer.
