• Not sure why it would be compatible with a storage device, but it will work with any vga or hdmi port so it depends on your motherboard or gpu you have installed. The monitor does not come with a vga cable, it comes with a hdmi, so if you have a computer that doesn't have hdmi output you'll need to get one. Hope that helps.
