The video inputs on this monitor are 2x HDMI, 1x D-SUB (and there is also a headphone audio output), and an HDMI cable comes included... If your Lenovo doesn't have an HDMI output, you would need an adapter or different cable. Whether or not your model of Lenovo laptop supports dual monitors depends mainly on your model's graphics capabilities/ monitor outputs (may be able to find that on the Lenovo website). Generally speaking, most modern laptops will support at least one additional display.
