“I purchased and setup this monitor over the weekend. However, it seems to tilt forward slightly when assembled. Is there a way to prevent this? I can see that the mount on the back that is screwed in seems to allow this.”

These monitors can tilt back and forth. Just grab it with two hands top and bottom, and tilt it.
