QuestionDo the 3 lights in the front door mean anything? do they light up a certain color when the cycle is done.

- Answer The green light will light after cycle is complete. The red light will light if there is some sort of error in addition to an error code being displayed where the cycle time would normally be displayed. As far as the other light I dont know since I have never seen that one.

- Answer No, but it does have a "night dry" function which circulates air if the dishwasher will remain closed for hours after cycle completion. Dishes and plastics come out dry and fresh.

QuestionIs there a way of using the quick wash setting downloaded to the app without using the app? I do not see a quick wash setting on the dishwasher itself. I have Model:LDPH7972D

QuestionWhat is the total depth when the door is closed? The LG website says 26 13/16, but that seems awfully deep. That would stick out way beyond a normal 24" counter depth.

- Answer When my dishwasher was installed the person installing said that the hose is bigger and so it has to switch out further. It is just slightly out so that you can see the top controls.

QuestionInterior light. Is there a way to turn the interior light off or does it time out and turn off after a period of time? Sometimes we like to leave the dishwasher cracked open to indicate clean dishes in addition to drying them.

- Answer The light times out and turns off. There is also a "night dry" function which circulates fresh air after cycle completion so you don’t have to open the door if you don’t want to. Dishes and even plastics come out dry and fresh.

QuestionWhat is the length of warranty on the the control board and rack parts? The Best Buy product page says it's 5 years, however LG's site says only 2 years. If Best Buy has it wrong, that's a big deal for those who bought thinking they are getting 5 years.

- Answer I thought it was one year. It's not 5 years. Only Miele provides a decent Warranty. BB doesn't sell them.

QuestionHow do I stop the door from unlocking mid cycle? At least a 6 times I’ve opened the machine expecting clean dishes only to find the unit did not complete the cycle. At first I thought I did something wrong, it’s not me.

- Answer The middle rack is adjustable. For the top rack there are a few minor adjustments you can make, but if it gets in the way, you can just remove it for that wash.

- Answer The 3rd and 2nd racks can be adjusted up/down. Only the tines are adjustable on the lowest rack.

QuestionI just had this machine delivered and am having difficulty pairing my iphone with the ThinQ. The LG isn't coming up for BT pairing. Any tips? I've paired many other devices without difficulty.
