“What should be the right temperature for freezer ? we buy it 10 months ago brand new and had it set at 5 temperature on freezer but last night it had a popping sound in freezer and this morning everything was so soft and put it up to 6”

Freezer should always be below zero degrees F. Typically minus 3-5 degrees F.
