Yes, ok for flush against wall. You do need to consider where your water connection is and whether the connector or hose will prevent it from going flush. The sides need zero clearance but be sure your opening is squared up. It may be larger at front or back, so measure both ways. Also, be sure the counters/fridge space is shorter than the depth of the fridge so that the French doors can swing open.
