“Has anyone else had the problem of this ice maker ice having a metallic or chemical taste? We have had this fridge for a month and cannot use the ice because of this. Old refrigerator made great ice without this taste. Have flushed ice maker lines.”

We were instructed to waste about 2 gallons of water and the 1st 2 batches of ice to help clear the line of air, dust, and etc. So far the ice has been pretty good. Have you tried this already?
