• This refrigerator connects to the internet through the LG ThinkQ app. It connected to an LG server and the app only lets you run diagnostic tests, see and set temperature, choose different ice modes and has energy saving settings. The best part is the diagnostic option.

• The LG SmartThinQ application allows you to communicate with the appliance using a smartphone. The SmartThinQ application be used for: Firmware Updates, Energy Monitoring (On Some Models), Remote Control, Push Messages, Smart Diagnosis™ and Settings. ^CP
