QuestionWhat is the max download speed using a Cat 5e+ ethernet cable? My laptop connected via said cable gets 800 to low 900 MBs from speedtest.net. My new LG model 27LQ625S-PU maxes out at under 100 MBs (using the WebOS browser).

QuestionHow do I use ALEXA with this TV? There is NO VOICE CONTROL on the remote. No MAGIC REMOTE in the box. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Please advise. I want to use this TV with ALEXA and it said it was compatible. WHY does the remote on have a microphone button?

- Answer You *CAN* pair Bluetooth headphones (or a Bluetooth speaker) with this TV. I just bought this model from Best Buy a few days ago. Really enjoying it so far. And I just paired my own Bluetooth headphones with no issues. Go to "settings" ---> sound ---> and then scroll sideways through your options and you'll see the Bluetooth options. It DOES have Bluetooth capability.

QuestionWe would like to install this TV in a screened porch that has a regular roof. It would be on the house wall away from screen sides. No direct exposure to rain. Can this work? What are the temperature ranges that it can tolerate? Any comments? Thanks.

- Answer Vanessa, that was not an adequate answer. A screened porch has more tham adequate ventilation. It is a large room where three sides are mosquito screens and one side is the outside wall of the house. It has a roof. The TV would be on the house wall. The question is, can the TV be there year round?

QuestionCan you pause or freeze "live TV or OTA channels? If so, do you need a USB drive or something?

- Answer This answer does not appear to be correct. I just bought this set and with a USB device plugged in it does not allow pausing live TV (from antenna). I also searched all the available help on the TV and there is no reference to a Timeshift function or how to enable it. The USB device was recognized because it saw the media on the device, and there was plenty of room left.
