• Get a gaming monitor with a high refresh rate. 120hz and up at 1080 to 1440p. This monitor isn't made for gaming. I suggest looking at Samsungs gaming monitors. G5 odyssey would be good for you.

• 60fps. IPS panels like this one are crisp but slow. You should look at VA panels. They're can go much faster.
