Well, that completely depends on the type of graphics card you're using, and what settings are on your computer. If you have that information, it'd make a definite answer possible. The options available are based on the settings and limitations of whatever you hook up to it.

So you need to use the HDMI port with a cable compatible with HDCP 2.2, for this you need an HDMI 2.0 cable or higher and of course a GPU compatible with this output. The CPUs compatible with HDMI 2.0 are the models GTX 900 and GTX 1000 from Nvidia and the models RX 300, RX 400 and 500, also the Fury and Vega are compatible from AMD.
