If the drain pipe is flush with the floor it shouldn’t be a problem but if it sticks up more than maybe 1/4 of an inch I don’t think it will work.

The gap between drawer bottom and floor is about 1.8cm (0.7inch) when the legs are tightened. The height will change depending on how much the legs are extended. This gap can be increased to 1" depending on leg height. ^CP
