    • Answer Yes. The ice maker is in the door. The craft ice maker is down below in the (bottom) freezer. There is a smart feature that understands when the bin is full and it will stop producing ice as well but yes, it has an off switch.

    • Answer Either side or both can be right next to the wall or in a cabinet. Our cabinet opening is 36 inches wide and this Refrigerator slides in nice and snug. Air flows above and below with a 2 inch gap needed between the refrigerator and rear wall for ventilation.
