Yes, the LG 34WQ500-B monitor has HDCP support which is needed for streaming movies and TV shows from Blu-ray players and streaming devices. The monitor has 1 x HDMI 2.0 and 1 x DisplayPort 1.4 both compatible with HDCP. So Amazon Prime's lack of HD streaming is probably not due to HDCP issues with the monitor.
