How do I take the stretch back to normal display? null

The only way I've managed to is to set the display settings in windows to 1980x1080. But when the PC is in BIOS/POST, it stretches the screen too wide.

Right click anywhere on the screen and open "display settings" to change the resolution of the monitor to something more square.
