“My DLHC1455W dryer doesn't have a drain hose T connection. It has only a vertical connection with a backflow plug in it. I removed the plug, and inserted the drain hose, but the water still goes to the tank. Where is the internal tank hose disconnect?”

In the back of the machine, in the lower corner is a tube that you can plug the drain hose into. It’s not the one at the bottom of the dryer. Page 17 of the owners manual is where it is illustrated.
