I will admit that the unit did looked smaller in the store. I have a fairly small laundry space and wanted to save space with this stacked unit which does save space, just not as much as you think. Due to the exhaust hose coming out the back vise the top of the unit I have set my unit about 10 inches from the wall which puts the front of it at 37 inches so as long as you don't have a door that you want to shut to completely enclose the unit then your space will work but the front of the unit will be sticking out about 6 inches or so. Your height and width are fine though. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Washtower WKEX200HWA measures 27"W x 74-3/8"H x 30-3/8"D. To ensure sufficient clearance for water inlet hoses, drain hose and airflow, allow minimum clearances of at least 1'' (2.5 cm) at the sides and 4'' (10 cm) behind the appliance. Be sure to allow for wall, door, or floor moldings that may increase the required clearances. ^Daphane
