“Hi! I have had my washer for about a month. After each wash, do any current owners encounter a small puddle of water on the bottom of the rubber seal? My unit also drips water from the top of the seal as well. Thanks!”

• Yes, this is common with a front load. The installer recommended wiping the entire circle but especially the bottom. You should also wipe dry the detergent cup.
