“When moving this unit -- we have two sized drum pins - short and longer. Which go on the top and which on the bottom please?”

• The longer bolts secure the lower portion of the drum. I believe you will find that attempting to install the bolts in the ‘wrong’ location is actually impossible. The short bolts don’t reach, etc. Good luck.

• Hi Treenz. Regrettably, the owner's manual for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.5 cu.ft. Smart wi-fi Enabled Front Load Washer with TurboWash™ 360 Technology, Model # WM3900HBA does not distinguish where the shipping bolts for the washer fit. It only instructs to start by removing the bottom shipping bolts. Please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 for assistance with where the shipping bolts fit on the machine. You could also try re-inserting the bolts to see if the bolts will fit properly. The longer bolts will not fit properly where the shorter bolts will or vice versa...^IFV
