• Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. For the LG Smart Top Load Washer. Each washing machine is subjected to a functional test during the final inspection in which a washing program is simulated. As a result of this, there may be some water or moisture in the new device. There is no error. It is also not a used device. ~Jai.
