    • Answer When I do place items on top to organize area then take off, I never drag the item. I have not had anything scratch the glass. Like any item if it’s abused and heavy items are dragged across the glass I think it would scratch. Yet why would any heavy items be placed on top

  • QuestionProblem with normal wash 1) For normal wash rinse cycle, it only rinse for 3 minutes after filling water (even speed wash rinse longer than that) 2) While normal wash spin cycle last way too long, more than 20 minutes. Is this normal?
