QuestionJust received this washer today. The drain hose is significantly shorter than my old LG WT1101C. Do you make longer ones? Also, the specs say steel drum but the bottom of this washer is plastic. What is the longevity of a plastic vs steel bottom?

- Answer I’m not sure you know the hose is collapsing, just pull on the hose to extend it. As for plastic vs steel bottom I’m just a customer also that would need an answer from a tech. I hope I helped with the hose problem.
