“Does this washer NEED to be controlled by an ap on my phone? I would prefer to NOT have that option at all, but looks like those options are very limited. Also, what material is the drum made of, it is not listed in the specifications.”

• No need to use an app to control this washer. The drum is stainless.

• H there, Connecting the unit to ThinQ or Smart diagnostic is optional. The unit can still be use as regular washer even not connected to WIFI. The Drum is NeveRust Stainless Steel. ^Vanessa
