QuestionDoes this model allow the owner to control the water level?

- Answer There is a deep fill option and an extra water selection.. I live alone and don't usually have large loads but have always had the water come above the clothes level if I use the extra water selection , I have done one deep wash and the tub filled almost to to the top of the tub. It was more water than I needed so I usually use the extra water option. With a really big load I would use the deep fill cycle

- Answer Its not a button, it is the water fill valve, it sprays out from under the blue top.

QuestionDoes it knot your clothes up? My current washer twists everything into a knot. Sleeves, legs, sheets into a twisted mess. Thank you for an honest answer.

- Answer No, I can honestly say it does not. We had the kind without the agitator and my clothes just did not seem as clean and frankly the water level never seemed adequate in washing the clothes. As a matter of fact our old one without the agitator would often twist my clothes and knot them together. I am very happy with the machine we chose.

QuestionI need to know difference in size of inside drum. what are the dimensions of the 4.8 drum compared to the 5.5? Is the drum for the 4.8 as deep as the 5.5 drum? the 4.8 is a smaller space so is the 4.8 drum less wide or less long than 5.5 drum?

- Answer I don’t know the exact dimensions but I went from a 5.0 to this one and could tell a little bit of a difference. It’s not as deep because I don’t have to stand on my tiptoes to get to the bottom. I still put the same amount of clothes in but only because the other machine didn’t wash as well. I love the agitator in this one.

Here's what you can do to troubleshoot: 1. Check for foreign objects: Sometimes, an E6 error happens when something like a coin or paperclip gets stuck between the pulsator and the tub. To fix this, empty the wash tub and inspect the seam between the drum and the pulsator for anything stuck. Use pliers to carefully remove any objects you find. 2. Motor or clutch issues: In some cases, the E6 error might be due to a problem with the clutch motor. If the clutch motor is faulty, it may need to be replaced to fix the issue.
