“Is the stand already installed on the TV or do I install it myself? And if not will a screwdriver work?”

• The stand would need to be installed and screwed in upon opening the box. A screwdriver will be just fine. ^CP

• the stand is in the box and yes you have to install it. only took less than 5 minutes with a phillips screwdriver. the stand is very secure and stable. no problems.
