Hi Gdf. WE assume that the audio out jacks that you are referring to that you had on your older TV that you used to connect to your Bose Wave radio are the Red/White Analog Stereo RCA Audio Out barrel ports? This LG LG 43 inch Class 1080p Smart FHD TV (42.5'' Diag), Model # 43LM5700PUA does not have those Analog Stereo RCA Audio Out ports. It has an Optical Digital Audio Out port. You will need to purchase a Digital/Analog Converter that has an Optical Digital Audio In at one end to connect to the TV and has the older Analog Stereo RCA Audio Out ports at the other end that you can connect your Bose Wave radio to. You will need an Optical cable to connect between the TV and the converter and an RCA Stereo cable to connect between the converter and your Bose Wave radio. Both the converter and required cables can be found at most Best Buy stores or ordered online through BestBuy.com...^IFV
