Select input on the remote that came with your tv. A screen drops down (on my t.v. it was on the right side of the screen) with several different options select audio and in that option there will be option to turn her off ..

A strip of options will drop down(on my tv it was on the right hand side of the screen) . Select the audio option within that option there will be an option to turn the voice off.
