“Can the leg supports be replaced with a base support? I have a dvd unit, narrow sony sound bar and narrow credenza shelf underneath my current TV and need to keep all of them.”

Had a similar issue where the legs on this unit were too wide for the TV stand I planned on using I purchased a separate universal center mount stand at Target (unfortunately they did not have one at Best Buy) added to my total cost, but was able to raise the TV about 5 inches which was a BONUS.
