Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. All TVs sold in the USA are designed to work only in areas and territories that use the ATSC/NTSC broadcast protocol, which is primarily in the USA, Canada and Mexico. It is not designed to work in areas and countries that utilize PAL or SECAM broadcast standards, used in Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, regardless of the voltage capabilities. If you are planning to relocate to a country that does not use ATSC/NTSC broadcast standards, there is absolutely no point in buying this or any other TV set and taking it with you to the new homeland, as it will not work in those areas. Save your money and buy a TV in the country to which you are relocating, which will be designed to work according to that territory's broadcast standards. It is likely that most, if not all major international TV manufacturers (LG, Samsung, Sony, Panasonic, among others) may offer a model with similar features, but designed by the factory to operate under the PAL and SECAM broadcast standards.
