• The LF series L-G are all classic 1080p only: just 1.8million red dots, 1.8million blue dots and 1.8million green dots only. 25 Million dots are on a 4K "Ultra-HD" screen....the "U" in the model number.

• I really don't know. I would call Samsung to see if there is a difference. Perhaps you could download both devices specs and compare them.
