You don't have to do anything to turn the 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 43" Class (42.5" Diag), Model # 43UJ6300 to play content at 2160p. All TVs play incoming video signals at their native resolution or as close to it as they can by upconverting lower resolutions to their native resolution. The 43UJ6300 has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 and will always play incoming signals at that resolution. What you see displayed on your screen is the resolution of the incoming video signal. Television Broadcasts and cable programming are only broadcast in 720p or 1080i and the TV automatically upconverts those signals. The only time you get a 2160p signal is when you stream 4K content from streaming services like NetFlix, Amazon Prime etc., when they are streamed at that resolution or if you are playing 4K content from a 4K Blu-ray Player...^IFV
