Sure it can! I’d get a single-arm wall mount (they’re cheap on sites like amazon, that’s where I got my mount for this very TV), and drill in to a stud close to a corner and then bend the mount to your preferred viewing angle, and attatch the TV.

It can be mounted with any VESA Compliant Wall Mount that supports its wall mount pattern and you can mount it anywhere that you prefer provided doors will not smash into it and that you have enough clearance to mount it in your preferred location. There aren't any requirements for where you should mount it. There is a variety of VESA Compliant Wall Mounts available that can be used.
