I did exchange the tv still... it was lagging, and loading too much and too long for anything I wanted to do, and even froze a couple times...but from what I was told and actually worked, was the best thing to do is set it up connected to the router with the Ethernet wire 1st. Once it is set up ... then you can put the tv where ever you want at your place as long as the wifi reaches.. but if your tv is loading and loading.. and won't goto settings.... exchange it for another one... same brand and model... tv is pretty good.. but goto settings, then network, then wireless connection
