“Just bought the tv but it seems the picture is dark/ dim. Tried all the settings but the same issue. Is there a way to brighten or increase back light?”

Go into picture settings and turn off energy saver mode. Its on by default on all settings and keeps the backlight significantly lower

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Be sure you take off the power saving setting. Take it completely off. It affects the brightest of the screen dramatically. Use a Vivid setting on the picture selection.
