That's exactly how I use these. I have 2x43" and 1x50" in total, but as a PC monitor on a desk, I recommend the 43" (50" is too big at a typical desk distance). I use 100% font zoom scaling (native) and HDR; even small fonts are perfectly readable with very few color artifacts (almost none, mainly on a white background). I don't do gaming, so I can't really tell for that.
