“Does this TV have Art Mode for when the TV is not in use?”

Not art mode from what I’ve seen. It does go into a sleep mode of sorts that will play a scenic location video loop.

Gallery Mode allows you to display a selection of pre-loaded artwork and photography when the TV is not in active use. You can access this mode through the webOS home screen.
