We understand that you'd like to use both Bluetooth headphones and external speakers at the same time with your LG 43UT7000PUA TV to accommodate your husband's hearing needs. When Bluetooth headphones are connected to the TV, the audio will be directed to the headphones only, and it won't output to external speakers simultaneously. The TV can only stream audio to one Bluetooth device at a time.
