I don't work for Best Buy (I'm a customer like you) About your question, my recommendation is to attach a (Firestick) to your TV (which I use for streaming TV and Movie Programs) and if STARZ APP is not listed, it's easy to just download the App onto your TV. (i noticed that i have STARZ APP on my Firestick) I hope this helps!
