You can troubleshoot issues with wrinkling using the following help article: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/cloths-wrinkling-or-tangling-front-load-washer-CT10000012-20150720870979 The extra rinse option will add an extra rinse to the selected cycle. Use this option to help ensure the removal of detergent or bleach residue from fabrics. Liquid fabric softener, if used, is always dispensed in the final rinse. ^CP
